
The biggest Asian dance music festival in Los Angeles - SPLASH 2011 - arrives the last SPLASH is annual dance music festival by a group of six leading Asian event promoters in Los Angeles, namely, afro99, Core Entertainment, Entitled Entertainment, Nameless Group, Stompinground Production, and Wa Entertainment. A remarkable line up of the top oriental tour DJs and immense live talent creates a refreshingly new, quality entertainment atmosphere revolving around dance music and ensures guests from around the world to enjoy a once in a lifetime festival experience. Saturday of August, featuring top tour DJs from Japan and it's expected to bring over 3,000 attending guests.
SPLASH took off for the first in 2009 with only two of the six promoters above. It took place at Gonpachi Beverly Hills, a massive high-end Japanese restaurant, with the intention of combining a traditional Japanese summer festival and nightlife scenes. There was over 15 sponsors and variety of food and sake was available for attending guests. At the main stage, Japanese flavoured dance music was played by some of L.A.'s finest DJs and over 1,200 guests arrived between 9pm - 2am from all around Southern California. In 2010, SPLASH came back greater in the Spring with the name SAKURA, this time featuring "Hanami" the celebration of cherry blossom season.
This summer, SPLASH will come back enhanced and even larger welcoming four new leading promoters in our team. SPLASH 2011 invited three top performing DJs of the Japanese and Asian dance music scene, Daishi Dance, Mitomi Tokoto, and DJ Masterkey.
